Tutorit requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduled sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Once a tutoring session is scheduled, payment is non-refundable within the 24-hour period leading up to the session. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, no refunds will be issued within this timeframe.
If you wish to reschedule a session and provide the required 24-hour notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability of our tutors. However, rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If you are running late for a scheduled session, please notify your tutor and Tutorit as soon as possible. The tutor will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within this grace period, the session will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.
In case of a genuine emergency, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact Tutorit immediately to discuss the situation. We will assess each case individually and may offer exceptions at our discretion.
